I was talking to my friends uncle today and he said that from 1976-1980 he bought everything Stiff put out. This seems a bit mad to me, even my favourite labels let me down fairly regularly and i dont really like the idea of having a tastemaker, but i think i might try it as an experiment. I'm gonna get everything Translation Loss put out for a year or so and see how happy I am with the results.
Do you like defering musical responsibilities? I know a fair few people on here are doing the sub pop singles club thing but i suppose its a bit different when you have a label of that sort of reputation...
