I've always been of the opinion that you cannot call yourself a decent group of musicians without a guy at the back who speeds up randomly, arrives late to practise because "my phone like, stopped working man", smokes so much weed that he invariably forgets what song he's playing, but when comes time to work becomes the most ruthless intelligence this side of Skynet. Drummers - can we not just replace them with machines?
