It's by a band called Restricted Hours. They formed in 1978, did a few shows then re-emerged in 2003. They're very good and I'm releasing a live set they did 4 years ago. Personally I think it sounds wonderful, and if you have the time please have a listen to this track, 'Living Out The Car Crash':
