1. Silent Seven by Controller.Controller (oddly i saw this band when I was in Canada a while back but their cd is still lurking in a pile - Pretty Girls'ish girl-fronted evil-bass riding dance-thud stuff. pretty good.)

2. One to Leave by Out Hud (tis alright but quite generic)

3. Cannot Even (Break Free) by The Noisettes (always kinda disliked them, still not swayed)

4. Your Rocky Spine by Great Lake Swimmers (more canadians, pretty sure i've seen this lot before too. it's alright but not really my bag.)

5. Opposite Direction by Union of Knives (heard their name before - this is pretty good)
