Open Mic Nights in (Central/North) London

so, i know this thread has been made 10030423 times.

But still, does anyone know of any really good open mic nights in North or Central London... especially if any are 'electric guitar' friendly... I know about Ear Music and sundays at the Green Note in Camden... any suggestions?
