i picked up "beware of the bird" (yeah its kind of old, so what) today based off of some passing positive reference i read somewhere online a while go (have since completely forgotten where it was), and erm gosh, this is just awesome stuff. seven deadly strokes and deep throat in particular are nothing less than absolute FILTH. who's afraid of detroit and chimps manage to sound both sleazy and misanthropic at the same time

unfortunately i have little knowledge of dance music outside of the part of it that's marked "IDM", particularly american dance music. what should I look into now for more quality american contemporary house?
