first putting the whole thing up on myspace so everyone can decide whether or not they want to buy it instead of rushing out on release day to grab it and see how it sounds
now releasings the deluxe package weeks after anyone who really was fanboy enough to rush out and snap it up has already got it. surely the deluxe thing should be either put out at the same time or saved for well after when sales have really started to flag?
