really awesome, or just stupidly bloated OTT air heads with a penchant for monster riffing and shock tactics? I'm not really a metalhead, but I really like Tool, who I've always considered both darker but capable of being funnier than say, well Rammstein, and consequently think that they could dick on many bands, well Rammstein, in a badass heavy competition.

I've always maintained the latter since I was about 13... but a song came on in a bar last night, and it was really fun.

This might have been because I was drunk / there was a very hawt girl involved.

In any case, why are they are good / rubbash, please give reasons? And while we're here, Tool or Rammstein?
