Right I've decided that even though this still probably won't happen I will at least feel better if I know I have tried to get people to go.
The obstacles are:
My friends will not have heard of any of the bands (although maybe DEVO and the whole voting aspect could appeal to the indiest of them)
My friends are poor (and will not want to pay for bands they don't even know)
My friends will turn their snooty noses up at butlins (probably)

So how can I overcome these things? Give me tales of awesomeness, give me playlists of joy, give me everything you got!!
