member leaves band.....member slags off leader of band and his musical/songwriting abilities....member has moderetly/spectatcularly successful moments in the solo sun...member goes quiet....band leader dusts off the piano and starts to do things which garner high levels of popular and critical acclaim...(fancy pants operas/number one albums).....leaving member looks over his shoulder at the boys doing good again and asks to be let back in, where all is forgotten, all gripes put aside. member enjoys being back in the big time.
