Music with a Big M anyway. The institution of music I mean. So fucking dull.

Music journalism is the main cause of it. Creating a list of "prescribed" albums and "classics" who were famous at the time for reasons completely irrelevant to now, frantically scrapping over hype bands and professing this love for "new music" whilst discerning nothing at all. Musicians are mostly really dull too - they can't give good interviews and what they produce is really trite but has layers and layers of meaning and context spread onto them into this thick horrid batter or shite. Blogging is shit too, for obvious reasons. Few can discern good music these days, most of you have shit taste and I hate you.
