Been scraping away on the fiddle for about 8 months now - taking occasional one to one lessons when I can and working with a group beginners in a workshop every now and then. Still sound pretty terrible but I'm keen to properly hear how terrible I am without thinking about hitting the next note.
Can anyone suggest the best way to record at home? Nothing fancy - it's not like it's going to be released on tinterweb or anything - I just want to be able to listen back.

Any advice/suggestions appreciated!
