Jubilee is an LA band that is fronted by Aaron North (NIN, Incarus Line). They made some decent tunes and put out a couple of good singles but never released an album for some reason. I did an article on why that might have been and also threw up a bootleg I have the band to show what they could have been. It's a shame to think of what might have been.
