I wanna follow some London based blogs, does anyone know of any good ones?
Also, if you want to make really good chips, you boil them in water for 5 minutes, then boil them in smoking hot oil for 5 minutes, THEN (here's the secret) you take them out and let them cool, then fry them in the oil again!
