There's been a smattering of Fairly High-Profile Indie from the past few years that I reckon literally everyone on DiS should like, myself crucially included. I have nothing but love for the following utter classics...

Deerhunter - Desire Lines
Fucked Up - Queen Of Hearts
The Horrors - Sea Within A Sea (Geoff Barrow actually outdoes The Rip here for me)

More when I can think of it (feel free to suggest!) I've ruled out stuff like Mogwai's incredible Music From A Forgotten Future and Wilco's equally incredible One Sunday Morning for being simply too long - while the bands are DiS as fuck, the songs aren't exactly 'hits', yknow
