A wry smile perhaps. Not really out and out hysterical stuff just kind of witty.

For me Nick Cave - The Lyre of Orpheus. Probably needs the back story - Orpheus is tinkering in the shed when he creates a lyre that plays beautiful music. He rushes inside to show his sleeping wife Eurydice, but when he plucks it her head explodes. He feels a bit guilty but also really in love with his lyre, goes around playing it killing everything around and eventually wakes up God. God is not happy, smashes him in the head with a hammer and Orpheus wakes up in the afterworld. Here he sees the blood-soaked Eurydice:

I'll stick it up your orifice!

Gets me every time.
