Been listening to a lot of Comet Gain lately. Only just the singles collection Broken Record Prayers and Realistes. Realistes is the one innit? Good groovy punk rock. Not really sure where to go next though. Think I might get hold of or just stream Tigertown Pictures.

Feels like they're one of the classic indie fan's indie bands. You couldn't imagine Jon Slade doing anything apart from fronting Comet Gain and listening to 45s in his room and writing lyrics. Maybe scrawling a love letter on the back of scrap paper.
