Never been to a festival abroad before, but me and a friend of mine are thinking of going somewhere this year. My friend mostly listens to mainstream indie/rock stuff (Foo Fighters/Biffy/Foals etc), which I do too to an extent, but am also into more DiS friendly fare. We're ideally going for somewhere cheap, but irrespective of line ups, from experience, where is nice? Any particular recommendations. Was initially considering Primavera, but he hasn't heard of barely any of the line up.
