Anyone had an odd phonecall lately?

I just received a call from a London number asking me some questions about my ticket.

It was very vague. The woman said "We just need to match up some of the names with the ticket numbers because our files are corrupt."

I said "Ok I have my ticket, do you want the number?"

She said "Ermmmm actually it might be better if you email it us."

"Ok, what's your email address?"

"Ermmmmm actually, it might just be better if you go to our website, go to the queries section, go through our FAQs to where it says 'Still Not Answered Your Question' and put it in there. Please could you do that?"

I can't be arsed doing that. Do you reckon she thinks I've stolen them or something?
