I've got a couple of mates on the wrong side of 30 who are of the opinion that these guys were among the best bands of the '90s, and had a rollocking good time at a Manchester show recently.

To be honest, I hadn't even heard of the band before they mentioned them. I had a quick listen to a few tracks off Earth vs The Wildhearts on Spotify but they seem a bit... Pub-bandy to me.

Any fans of Ginger and co. on here, and do they have any essential releases I should check out?
