Fimber Bravo playing live at small arts venue... rare
Hello. Just wanted to let musically minded people know that Fimber Bravo is playing a gig on Thursday 29th May at Power Lunches in Dalston. Fimber is a steel drum player originally from Trinidad. He's amazing. When not playing his own songs, he's recorded for the likes of Hot Chip and Morcheeba. This is an intimate setting and a rare performance from Fimber. Really highly recommended.
He's supported by Sephine Llo and Synaesthete, both female, rhythmic / vocal artists with great work under their respective belts.
The gig is organised by grass roots label http://www.KitRecords.com , which releases independent music and makes beautiful hand-printed record sleeves.
The gig is selling out fast - and tickets are cheaper in advance. Get them from we got tickets here: http://www.wegottickets.com/event/269697
It'd be great to see people there. You'll also get a free zine and will no doubt get chatting to some lovely people.
Thanks.
