Despite none of my top 3 songs being one Disc 2 that's my favourite. All three albums are brilliant. Sure there are a few iffy songs here and there but there are 69 of them in total. I've always found the second disc consistently better than the others and always go to that when wanting to hear a Magnetic Fields album.

I remember buying the album after reading The NME review of it. I think they gave it 8/10 and so it was worth a punt as part of my usual Saturday visit to Berwick Street. Little did I realize that the album would be such a part of my music listening (and I guess part of my life) after so many years.
