Was at the Garage last night. Not that impressed by Chelsea Wolfe but Deafheaven were amazing. Watching the lead singer cracking jokes with the technician during soundcheck, then five minutes later he was transformed into this primal force. Drummer was absolutely incredible too. The new song and the Roads to Judah one in the encore were just as strong as the rest of the material, but Sunbather was probably the highlight. Great gig.
