Don't think this has been started yet, so here it is!

There are a whole bunch of lesser-known gems from the year just gone to be discovered in the ever-reliable Headphone Commute best-of lists. I've particularly enjoyed Purl's 'Behind Clouds' which has a Loscil-ly feel to it.
