Does anyone else ever think or worry about this - that eventually all the decent melodies or mixtures of sound will be maxed out somehow? I listen to quite a bit of music and for sure some pieces sound very similar to others, but I continue to be impressed that new songs can remain unique... (I also think similarly about human faces..) I'm definitely not a composer, but I do appreciate that there could be an infinite number of combinations for sounds, but at the same time there are templates for "successful" songs.
