I know one Depeche Mode song (just can't get enough) and i'm not sure I like it, it's alright.

I have this feeling they might be a bit like The Cure in that their well-known stuff is kinda rubbish (Friday in I'm love, Lovecats) but their albums are gold. Is this the case?
