I've heard the new Tegan and Sara album that's had great reviews. Sounds promising. Not the big pop album as the reviews had me believe but could be very good with repeat listens.

The new Cat's Eyes is great. A couple of "heavier" ones as far as their sound goes but it's a welcome continuation from where their first album and The Duke Of Burgundy soundtrack left off.

I'm typing this whilst listening to the new Arthur Beatrice. I've heard a few tracks from their debut. This album sounds pretty good.

Quite a good day for album releases for bands that I've tickets for. I'm seeing Tegan and Sara at The Koko later this month, Cat's Eyes at The Lexington and Arthur Beatrice at Field Day.

Anyone heard any of the ones I've mentioned? Any other albums out today that I need to check out?
