Local indie-rock band seek drummer and lead guitarist to solidify and expand on current line-up. We’re looking for a drummer who has good timing and knows how to propel a song forward, and a guitarist who can add to the song dynamic without resorting to fret-wanking. We’ve been gigging for two years and have more lined up for the future. Our sound has been described as “The Smiths meets Soundgarden”, “an even match between the off-beat pop of XTC and the pop-punk of Superchunk”, and “dangerously melodic” (!). Influences include Pixies, Weezer, Muse, Mansun, Sonic Youth.
