I'd like the band to be tight and very loud- I'm thinking Vanilla Fudge/ freakbeat etc, and having seen Bloc Party in cambridge the other day, if you are half as good as their drummer...you'd be most welcome...ha ha ha,

Importantly, no derivative shit. Originality the main thing. And excitement..lots of kicking up a big stink, but not in a metal way.

Ideally I'd like people between 18 and late twenties(I'm 23), but really, ability is much more important than age.
