I am looking for a place in Brum. People could look with me.Moseley, Selly Oak, Harbourne, or Edgbaston areas considered

About the place I want: No smoking in it, and preferably not air freshners, jos sticks (or however spelt!),etc as I care about my health! They might encourage cancer. No illegal drugs stored and used in the place. Must have a garden and be able to have a compost bin in it. Must have a lock on my bedroom door. No, I don't do any dodgy dealings; I just want people not to touch stuff! Also, no people with kids. No living with couples. The place must have a room which can have a sofa in it which is separate to my bedroom. Internet access wanted. Ages to live with: 16 -35. Somewhere to park would be good. Must be a long term property. The place I live in now is only temporary. Must be £65 rent per week maximum, if without bills included.
