Anyone know stuff about reclaiming them?
I've been going through all my old statements, dating back to 4-5 years ago (student days) and the total tallys up to about £2k.
Now I know there's lots of companies out there that can assist you in claiming these back, but was there not some sort of court case running with regards to this? And whether the banks would pay out would depend on the outcome of the court case, I believe (?)
Has this case come to an end yet, and if so, what was the outcome?

Slightly boring thread, I know, but I believe one of you will have some good advice on this.
