We are forming a large band of 8-10 people to explore a wide range of African music from 1970's funk, afrobeat, highlife, malian & jazz but very much looking to create our own sound.

We're looking for brass, vocals, guitar & keys but will consider pretty much anything else!

So far we are a 4 piece of drums, bass and 2 percussionists (congas, dun dun, djembe, shekere, balaphone etc. 1 also plays guitar). We are creating some wonderful stuff after very little time playing together.

Currently reherasing Thursday evenings in North London (Stoke Newington or Wood Green).
