I am a 23 year old guitarist looking to start up a band in Manchester. Been playing about 10 years.

Just looking for some people to start jamming with/write some songs with and see where it goes from there.

Have no preconceived ideas about how it may sound apart from I quite fancy something a noisy and a bit messy. Here are a few bits that I like at this moment in time:

Husker Du, Funkadelic, Minutemen, Pavement, Replacements, Prince, Japandroids, Kyuss, War, Dinosaur Jr., Love, At the Drive-In, Velvet Underground, Johnny Foreigner, Big Star, Million Dead, Icarus Line, Stooges, Sabbath

You don’t have to like many of the bands I mentioned. It’s just to give you an idea of maybe what to expect. Just let me know if you fancy trying to create something interesting.
