Have label/booking agency/press ppl etc.
Festivals+gigs+radio seshs etc.
No session players, just people w/ good level of experience/good attitude/good gear/ not in it for the money, but desire to play quality/meaningful music.
Prob not suitable if you're just starting out, as will need to pick up live set quickly and be comfortable playing big crowds.
