My warehouse is big and nice, it's fitted with a kitchen, bathroom and a sound proofed studio.

I built bedrooms around the studio so my friends and I could live here and use the studio to rehearse.

It's a great for my band, saves money and I don't have to endure the hassle of booking normal rehearsal studios.

We are looking for more people to move in and use the space to live and jam.
