I'm in a two piece band looking for a practice room in Manchester City Centre.

We'd like to be able to practice two evenings per week between Monday and Thursday. We're a sensible pair who'll make sure we're always on time with the rent and leave the room as we find it after each practice. And as there's only two of us we won't take up much space.
