The Boiler Room is an exciting new rehearsal space for musicians looking for a flexible and affordable workspace in East London.

Located in the Netil House nearby London Field, the Boiler Room is at the heart of Hackney’s creative community. Currently being renovated this studio will be available for affordable rent starting November 2011.

THE BOILER ROOM BREAKDOWN :

- 185 square foot soundproofed rehearsal space (including lounge area)

- High quality equipment including Pearl Master Custom drum kit, amps (Ashdown…), PA…

- Access to all Netil House amenities including café/bar, roof terrace, kitchen, meeting rooms and performance spaces.

- Around the corner from London Fields Park, Broadway Market and Mare St.
