The room is right around the corner from Old Street station. It's safe, and we all know each other quite well as most of us are mates. You'll be sharing with 3 other bands.
Storage included(heads and breakables, bass cabs, maybe 1 guitar cab but you can use those in the room).
Rent depends on how many people are in the band, but you're looking at about £15 a week per person, and that's for as many practices as you can fit in.
