Recording Your Band - how much?

vigo [Edit] [Delete] 16:48, 11 April '13

Hello bands, artists, musicians or however else you describe yourself. I'm based in SE London/Kent and i have collected a load of recording equipment over the last couple of year to record my own bands etc but i'm really into the idea of recording other people play for a small fee.

The basic idea is that you sort out a venue (your rehearsal room, home, garage, whatever), I come and record your rehearsal multi-track, take it away, mix it and deliver it back to you. the idea is to get a cheap demo / ep in a short time to aid getting gigs, promoting yourself whatever. As I'm not a proper engineer, I would be looking to charge just £50 for say a 4-6 hour session + mix, plus any expenses such as car-parking. I also do video production so i could film a live set in your rehearsal room, with the multi-tracked audio.

if anyone is interested or wants to hear some stuff i've done, drop me a DM.
Cheers!
vigo
