We're Deer Park and we're looking for a bass player to join our hard-working Americana/roots rock band. We've been going for almost 4 years, released our debut in late 2009 and are currently working on the follow up. Our current bass player is switching to drums so we need someone to replace him. Backing vocals are a plus. Being a decent person is a must. No egos or mercenaries. Our influences are: Wilco, The National, The Hold Steady, Okkervil River, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Bruce Springsteen, Josh Ritter, Big Star, The Replacements etc. We have our own studio space in south east London (though we mostly live east).
