Rehearsal room share available in Manor House. 2 sessions a week (8am - 11pm)

Would suit a 3 or 4 piece band.

The room is situated in a warehouse in Manor House, 10 minutes walk from the tube and 5 minutes walk from Haringey Green Lanes Overground.

The warehouse has about 40 other bands in there with onsite caretaker so there's always people around - very secure. The room has a lock on it, the front door of the warehouse has a combination lock, and access to the site has a constantly manned security office, with CCTV.

We're prepared to share equipment, we have 1 guitar amp - a Mesa Boogie 50 / 100 watt Heartbreaker head (assignable wattage) on top of a 2x12 marshall cab. There's a Peavey 1x15 bass amp, a Mapex drum kit and a very loud PA system with 4 monitors. You would of course need to bring your own guitars/drum breakables.

You'll get 2 sessions a week. The space is £200 per month, which works out to £25 a session, great value compared to normal rehearsal spaces! There is also a kitchen in the warehouse.
