Is it just me, or is this spreading more and more? It used to be relatively confined to the likes of Channel Five (*spits*) but now the BBC are at it too

In the last few weeks I've scanned my tele to see stuff on such as "Fuck Off I'm a Hairy Woman" and "Fuck Me I'm Fat". There was one last year sometime about this clinically obese girl and it was called simple "Britain's Fattest Teenager". Is it just so that people see it and are appealed by the possibility of seeing some human misery?
