so I just went into the McDonalds around corner from hotel. I ordered the biggest size milkshake, when they asked which flavour I said "all three together, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla" The aura of respect in the place. Got back to hotel and it was so dissapointing. I have become disillusioned with America because of this and shall return home this weekend and bugger off to Berlin next weekend
