what do YOU, personally, do in such a situation?

and then i'd rather like some suggestions that dont involve kicking them/smacking them in the face which are all the suggestions i've had so far and not really my style. how would you like to be woken up by an irate girl hitting you?

also is there anything you can do to prevent people snoring in the first place?
