I use to work in a camera store but now I am totally lost with all these new ones.

I am looking for one that -

+ takes good macro shots
+ has different speeds
+ a flash that doesn't blind you
+ a large screen on the back as I am very blind without my glasses
+ about 7/8 megapixels and 4x optical zoom
+ around £150?

Is this possible?! Any suggestions please before I buy a pink one from ASDA.
