Lwp: Who used to tape the Top 40?

prole-art-threat [Edit] [Delete] 13:36, 15 June '07

I used to - obsessively for years (well until I got a girlfriend or broke my neck or signed to Mclaren or something) and when it used to get me down I would 'invent' my own charts, based on the Music Week print outs and have 'climbers' and really 'shock' high entries and even bigger 'shock re-entries' - at one point 'Transmission' re-entered at Number 3 at the expense of Adamski's 'Killer' - imagine.....it was my version of Billy Fisher's 'Ambrosia' you could say. I think I re-issued 'Totally Wired' at one predictable point.

Was I the only person to do both of the above
