Gigging Ettiquete q.

darrenbjohn [Edit] [Delete] 15:21, 17 June '07

So were playing a gig tomorrow..
and one of the bands is from the states..so no equipment.

Were from couple of hundred miles away, first band on is from London..

first band on are refusing to kitshare because they only want to stop for their set despite living in the same city as the venue. And despite a week of trying to contact them, they told us today. Leaving us with a day to sort driver, van (or large car) and all the equp (virtually impossible). or hope the promoter can get it sorted at short notice on a sunday afternoon.

I am so angry. Why do some bands just have to be idiots? GRR! Disrespectful to the other bands on the bill, the promoter, and just down right rude.

so yes. am i right to be incredibly pissed off at poor gigging ettiquete?
Why doesnt isn't nice and kind and understand how to behave towards other bands on the bill GGGGR!?
