so barclays bank owe me over £4500 in unfair bank charges.but today they sent me a letter saying they would give me £1700 within 10 days if i took no further action.i'm really really poor at the moment and could do with the money.but that means losing £2800.
should i just except the offer?again,i am poor and it would pay for driving lessons and a holiday to new york for my girlfriend and me.and it could take months and months and months to get the full amount back.and they may just tell me to fuck off
