i have been on DiS passing the time this fine evening. and i just got up to go and RUN to meet a friend. realising im already late. But i've been sitting funny and now have no feeling in my right leg.

and OUCH the pins and needles are just starting. :'(

does anyone have any advice for fixing this?

or, failing that, would anyone like to post in sympathy or mockery?
