I just caught a little bit of 'employees from hell'

They showed a carer putting talcum powder into a confused old ladies mouth, her collegue walked in and just laughed!
Then they showed another clip where the poor thing was practically chucked onto a bed and then her legs really roughly pulled around.

I feel physically sick. Absolutely disgusting! How could anyone be so cruel and heartless as to treat someone so vulnerable, who they are supposed to CARE for, like that?!
It beggars belief.

If I ever found out my oldie had been treated like that by anyone while she was in hospital I'd smash their faces in. I dont care how unladylike it is.

I was really suprised to discover (on comic relief or something) that abuse of the elderly is really common in this country.

Has anyone here encountered anything like this?
I'm shocked.
